Once your order has been shipped, please use UPS/USPS/FedEx with the tracking number provided to see estimated delivery date and status of the package.

We HIGHLY recommend adding the Signature Delivery Service when you place an order. SUPW is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Packages will be insured by UPS/USPS/FedEx and we will help you as much as we can when filling a claim with UPS/USPS/FedEx if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all!

We accept returns for exchange or refund of items damaged during shipping only. Customer are required to email us within 3 days of delivered to alert us of the damage.  We don't accept any returns after 30 days from the ship date.  To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.

To return an item, please email customer service at supwshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving it, place the products securely in its original package, and ship to the following address:
